Shadoe Stevens has announced the debut of his latest passion project, the 24
hour "Outlaw Radio Network." It is a joint venture with the host/creator,
Magic Matt Alan (aka Mr. Cigar). As a show, "Live from the Lighten Up
Lounge, an 1876 Virginia City, Nevada style bar in the hills of Encino,
California, it has been on the air for years, gaining a worldwide audience.

Starting April 1st, "Outlaw Radio" began broadcasting around the clock.
According to Stevens, "I visited the show a few Month's ago and was struck
by its originality and the great charisma and skills of Matt as a talk show
host, interviewer, and entertainer. I came back week after week to join the
fun with the likes of Ryan Stiles, ZZ TOP, Meatloaf , Danny Baldwin, Shirley
Jones and even Shelley Berman.

We began discussing this as a 24 hour brand. The shows feature a large and
ever changing group of celebrities and guest stars for "a celebration of
relentless, hilarious talk, chatter, banter, music and chit chat." With as
many as ten guests at a time, it's been described as a "Hip, much less
"goofy", more reality based Morning Zoo that goes off the edge and never
lets up.
