Artie Lange Charged with DUI After Minor Collision
The Howard Stern Show star Artie Lange recently was charged with DUI after a minor collision in central New Jersey. He was charged with driving under the influence of an intoxicant and careless driving after the incident.Lange's 2009 Nissan struck the rear of another vehicle on July 10th, 2009 around 1:30pm on Friday.
Lange was issued a summons and will appear in court on July 16th, 2009

Uh, we thought Artie stopped taking "intoxicants". Guess, Howard has off on Friday's for a reason. 1:30 PM on a Friday is kind of early to be getting plastered. Can't wait to hear Artie's side of the story. :)
