Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2009

The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2009 will be January 8, 2009 - January 11, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada. SIRIUS XM Satellite Radio, Inc will be at booth : North 4603. This is just speculation on my part but just from reading the little bit of information that is currently on the CES website it's my opinion that the major theme at CES for the satellite radio industry will be interoperable radios for satellite radio and Satellite Radio/HD Radio ready devices.

The following two companies presenting at CES 2009 gives hints at the overall CES theme for satellite radio:

Audio Design Associates	The Suite 8200 is an all in one multi-room audio system (receiver) featuring dual radio tuners. Sirius, XM or HD AM/FM modules are available for the Suite 8200 (select any two)

There currently is not much on the CES website yet but I'm sure there will be more information in the days and weeks to come. It should be an interesting CES 2009.
