Michael Hartleib comments on Sirius XM shareholder meeting

Mike Hartleib the Sirius XM investor who thus far has been unsuccessful in suing Sirius XM for violations of the Federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) attended the Sirius XM shareholders meeting. Mike Hartleib wrote a letter discussing his opinion on the shareholder meeting on his website savesirius.org.

Below is a snippet from Mr. Hartleib's letter:

There were approximately 150 people in attendance. I believe all but two were opposed to management and their actions. There was little or no applause during the meeting and, in fact, once the meeting ended it was dead silent. Mr. Karmazin quickly escaped back stage.

Mr. Hartleib also claims that he was told from a reliable source that Sirius XM already has a “prepackaged bankruptcy plan” drafted and ready to file.
